    Pick Repair as the topic, add your order or serial number, describe the fault in a sentence.

  2. We send a label.

    Within one working day: a prepaid label, or the part and the tool if you would rather do it yourself.

  3. Back in ten days.

    Repaired, tested in the room, shipped back with the same number. Two years of warranty cover the lot.
